The GiantMouse ACE Corta is what happens when two of the most respected knife designers in the world — Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes — take their limited edition GM6 integral folder and rebuild it as an accessible everyday carry. The name says it all: "Corta" is the conjugation of "cortar," Spanish for "to cut," and that is exactly what this knife was designed to do with authority. The Blackout version in black G10 is the purest expression of the design — a fully blacked-out folder where every element from blade to hardware to clip commits to the same tactical, low-profile aesthetic.

The 3.1-inch drop point blade is ground from Böhler M390 MICROCLEAN stainless steel and finished in a black PVD coating that virtually eliminates reflections and adds a meaningful layer of corrosion protection. M390 is widely regarded as one of the finest blade steels available in production knives — it delivers outstanding edge retention at approximately 61 HRC, strong corrosion resistance, and a level of wear resistance that outperforms most competitive steels at this price point. The flat saber grind and straight-back blade geometry give the Corta its distinctive fang-like profile. The flipper tab fires the blade open with the snap of a ball bearing pivot that riders on AISI 420 hardened steel liners — once you flip this knife open a few times it is very difficult to put down.

The black G10 handle scales deliver a firm, textured grip that holds up in any conditions, accented by a signature brass backspacer that is the only pop of warm color in an otherwise all-black package. The reversible wire pocket clip allows right or left side carry. Liner lock mechanism provides rock-solid blade security during use.
