The GiantMouse ACE Corta is one of the most satisfying flippers in the ACE lineup, and the natural canvas micarta version is the one that ages the best. Where the Blackout Corta commits to tactical sterility, the natural micarta builds character over time — the handle develops a warm patina with use, the texture gets better with every carry, and the overall presentation softens into something that looks equally at home in a technical pack or a front shirt pocket. Same explosive ball bearing flipper action. Same Böhler M390 blade. Just dressed in a material that rewards daily use.

The 3.1-inch drop point blade is ground from Böhler M390 MICROCLEAN stainless steel and finished to a clean satin that shows the steel clearly. M390 is one of the most respected blade steels in production knives — approximately 61 HRC, outstanding edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and a level of wear resistance that puts it ahead of most competitive steels at this price point. The flat saber grind and straight-back geometry give the Corta its signature fang-like profile — a blade that looks purposeful from every angle. The flipper tab fires the blade open via a ball bearing pivot riding on AISI 420 hardened, PTFE-coated steel liners — smooth, fast, and completely repeatable.

Natural canvas micarta handle scales deliver a warm, natural look and a grip texture that improves with break-in. Micarta is a phenolic resin laminate — it is tough, moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable, and does not crack or warp with temperature changes. The signature brass backspacer adds a warm metallic contrast that ties the natural micarta palette together cleanly. The reversible wire pocket clip carries tip-up for fast deployment.
